Dimello’s team arrived at tropical Colombia. Its coffee is exceptional with distinct acidity and a large taste variety. Changing microclimates from area to area result in different notes, starting from caramel and exotic fruits going all the way to nuts. The manual picking of the beans, traditionally done in small family farms, gives a fresh and unique taste to the outcome.
