Our story begins in 1998, when Mrs. Frederica opened our first fish shop in Preveza, in order to offer the fresh fish brought by her husband, Mr. Sotiris, from the Ionian and Amvrakikos seas. Our course continues with the establishment of the Tou Prevezanou craft industry in 2016, by the second generation of the family. Our goal is to create quality seafood products, utilizing traditional recipes and our love for the sea.

Our classic marinated anchovy is a delicious and healthy fish, which lives close to the surface of the water. Its fillet is carefully done by hand, ensuring that each fillet remains firm and flawless. Its marinade, prepared with fresh vinegar and selected aromatics, offers it the unique freshness of the sea. For extra flavor, add a little pickled pepper and a little garlic. Accompany it with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar. Ideal for salads, legumes, sandwiches or pasta. It is also excellent as a meze (delicacy) with ouzo or tsipouro.
