Our story begins in 1998, when Mrs. Frederica opened our first fish shop in Preveza, in order to offer the fresh fish brought by her husband, Mr. Sotiris, from the Ionian and Amvrakikos seas. Our course continues with the establishment of the Tou Prevezanou craft industry in 2016, by the second generation of the family. Our goal is to create quality seafood products, utilizing traditional recipes and our love for the sea.

The spicy version of marinated anchovies adds a strong touch to the fresh taste of classic marinated anchovies. The hand filleting ensures a firm fillet, while the homemade marinade contains vinegar and aromatics with a light dose of hot pepper. Finally, add pickled pepper and a little garlic for extra intensity. Accompany it with olive oil and lemon for a lighter taste or with balsamic vinegar. Ideal meze for ouzo and tsipouro, while it can elevate the flavour of salads or pasta.
