Our story begins in 1998, when Mrs. Frederica opened our first fish shop in Preveza, in order to offer the fresh fish brought by her husband, Mr. Sotiris, from the Ionian and Amvrakikos seas. Our course continues with the establishment of the Tou Prevezanou craft industry in 2016, by the second generation of the family. Our goal is to create quality seafood products, utilizing traditional recipes and our love for the sea.

Description

Prevezanos octopus vinegar is made from carefully selected octopuses, which are traditionally marinated in organic vinegar and Mediterranean herbs. Boil it like at home, to preserve its natural flavor, and serve it with roasted pepper, fresh oregano and garlic. Serve thinly sliced with virgin olive oil. Combine it with fava beans and hot, baked bread for the perfect taste experience.
