Our story begins in 1998, when Mrs. Frederica opened our first fish shop in Preveza, in order to offer the fresh fish brought by her husband, Mr. Sotiris, from the Ionian and Amvrakikos seas. Our course continues with the establishment of the Tou Prevezanou craft industry in 2016, by the second generation of the family. Our goal is to create quality seafood products, utilizing traditional recipes and our love for the sea.
Description
The Tou Prevezanou Marinated shrimp is the flagship of our products. We choose shrimps of excellent quality, peel them and boil them carefully. They are marinated in fresh lemon juice, in an aromatic mixture that takes them to the next level. Serve the shrimp with virgin olive oil and add chili for an extra spicy note. Ideal for salads or as a meze accompanied by tarama and aromatic wine.
