White Sparkling Wine
Color: Bright with soft golden-yellow highlights, intense bubbles, and crystal-clear clarity.
Nose: Rich aromas of lemon blossoms and fruits (such as apple and pear), with a background of pastry fragrances.
Palate: Youthful and lively taste with hints of delicate spices. It impresses with its pleasant texture, refreshing acidity, rich fruit and citrus blossom aromas, and flavors of yeast, coconut, almond, and subtle spices. Its complex character lingers in a long-lasting aftertaste.
Vinification: The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed to collect the free-run juice. The long fermentation process in the bottle under ideal temperature and humidity conditions enhances its refinement, aroma, and taste, while giving it a rich effervescence and long-lasting bubbles.
Serving: 6° - 8°C, in a tulip-shaped champagne flute.
