White Sparkling Semi-Dry Wine
Bright golden-yellow with intense bubbles and crystal-clear clarity.
Dominated by aromas of sweet citrus fruits (such as sweet lemon and citron) and white fruits (such as apple and pear), followed by delicate pastry notes.
Fresh and pleasantly sweet, perfectly balanced with its refreshing acidity. The fruity character is more pronounced on the palate, complemented by hints of coconut and almond. The fine bubbles create a creamy sensation, leading to an impressive, long-lasting finish.
The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run juice is collected. The first fermentation is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle (traditional champagne method), where the wine matures on its lees for approximately 18 months, reaching a pressure of 6 atmospheres. Before the final bottling, liqueur de dosage is added, transforming it into a demi-sec style with approximately 32g/L of residual sugar.
