Rosé Sparkling Semi-Dry Wine
Color: Bright rosé with violet and rose petal highlights.
Nose: Intense aromas of pomegranate, strawberry, and blackberry, complemented by notes of fresh bread and yeast.
Palate: Dense, fine, and creamy bubbles. Rich and long-lasting effervescence with a pronounced sweet aftertaste.
Characteristics:
Vinification: The free-run juice of the red Syrah variety undergoes a short maceration at a low temperature. It is then collected and placed in tanks for the first fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle until the pressure reaches 6 atmospheres.
Serving: 6° - 8°C, in a tulip-shaped champagne flute.
