Resembling wild strawberry, with cognac-hued reflections and thousands of shimmering bubbles.
Opulent and expressive, with spicy notes and ripe grape aromas, adding a distinctive character.
A rich and smooth body, with abundant, refreshing bubbles that enhance the ripe grape flavors and spicy notes, while preserving its traditional essence. Complex yet well-balanced, with a hint of residual sugar and a long-lasting finish.
The destemmed grapes are fermented in special tanks, allowing the wine to develop body and aromatic complexity. The second fermentation is completed in sealed tanks (cuves closes), naturally enriching it with carbonation.
Best served chilled at 6° - 8°C.
