Delicate, refreshing, and crisp, with a rich effervescence. The pleasant and refined aftertaste lingers beautifully, adding elegance to each sip.
The destemmed grapes are fermented in specialized tanks. The second fermentation takes place in sealed tanks (cuvée close), naturally enriching the wine with carbonation. The slow fermentation at low temperatures enhances its rich effervescence.
Best served chilled at 6° - 8°C.
