Description
Deep ruby red.
Dominated by sweet spice aromas, such as vanilla and cinnamon, along with notes of red forest fruits like blueberry, blackberry, and framboise.
Velvety and full-bodied, perfectly balanced with refined tannins. Red fruits remain dominant, beautifully complemented by well-integrated oak. The long finish leaves hints of licorice.
The destemmed grapes are placed in special tanks for color extraction, giving the wine body, a rich Bordeaux-like color, and the characteristics of a full-bodied red wine. It then ages for 12 months in oak barrels, enhancing its complexity.
Best served at 16° - 18°C (room temperature).
