Deep ruby red with tile-red highlights.
Aromas of dried fruits such as cranberries, blackberries, and dried figs, complemented by hints of sweet red pepper and oak.
Rich and well-structured, with refined tannins and balanced acidity. The abundance of fruit is enhanced by sweet spices and white pepper, adding complexity. The long-lasting finish carries notes of dark chocolate and vanilla.
The four grape varieties are destemmed and vinified in oak vats. A classic red maceration process lasts for 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, developing depth and complexity.
Best served at 16° - 18°C (room temperature).
