Red Dry Wine
Deep and intense ruby red.
Bold and fresh aromas dominated by red fruits (raspberry, framboise, strawberry, red cherry), complemented by hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon, clove, and licorice.
Full-bodied and smooth, with elegant tannins and balanced acidity. The oak is beautifully integrated, enhancing the presence of red fruits and sweet spices on the palate. The long and vibrant finish leaves a subtle sweet vanilla note.
Classic red vinification with a maceration period of 10 – 12 days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels.
Best served at 16° - 18°C (room temperature).
