Description
Deep ruby red.
Aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and vanilla, with a hint of spice.
Smooth and well-balanced, with very subtle tannins.
Undergoes cold maceration at 6-7°C for 8 hours in a stainless steel fermenter, followed by an 8-day extraction period. Naturally clarified during the winter months and gently filtered before bottling.
Best enjoyed at 16° - 18°C.
