Deep ruby red.
Aromas of cherry and blackberry, complemented by notes of fresh green pepper.
Full-bodied and well-balanced, with subtle acidity and refined tannins.
Fermented with selected yeast strains, with skin contact for 8 – 10 days in an oak fermenter. Naturally clarified during the winter months and gently filtered before bottling.
Best enjoyed at 16° - 18°C.
