Description
This rare, high-quality product is made from the must (or juice) of Xinomavro grapes. The must is prepared right after the harvest, but before the wine-making process begins. After simmering the must for hours, it becomes the deliciously sweet petmetzi which is used in sweets (e.g. mustalevria), in marinades, as salad dressing, etc.
