This is why the Zacharioudakis family invested in a Cretan vineyard, passionately planted on Orthi Petra Hill in southern Crete. Cultivated organically, in unique soils, this vineyard is designed to produce remarkable harvests.

Food Pairing: Due to its characteristic minerality the wine makes for a perfect combination with fish and shellfish. It can also be combined with fried and oily foods, as well as acidic flavors that can be balanced by the wine’s exuberant acidity.
