Technology and oenological knowledge can now easily create a good wine. However, when aiming for top quality, the essential prerequisite is that the wine originates from an exceptional vineyard. This is why the Zacharioudakis family invested in a Cretan vineyard, passionately planted on Orthi Petra Hill in southern Crete. Cultivated organically, in unique soils, this vineyard is designed to produce remarkable harvests.
Description
Organic Features: Aromatic explosion on the palate, great finesse and elegance! The wine is characterized by its bright color and the golden reflections that indicate the presence of the barrel. A bouquet that highlights the combination of fresh peach, vanilla and dried nuts. Its long aftertaste is due to the balanced acidity as well as the fact that it is fatty in the mouth.
Aging: 5 months in French oak barrels.
Vinification: White BIO dry wine aged in barrels
Variety: Vidiano 100%
Alcohol: 14%
Serving: 12º C
Food Pairing: Matches well with oily fish and white meat.
