Description
Golden-yellow.
Aromas of ripe fruits and flowers, with a dominant note of banana.
Rounded and well-balanced, with harmonious intensity of aromas and acidity. The pleasant fruity aftertaste and long aromatic finish provide a refreshing and invigorating sensation.
The grapes are gently pressed at a low temperature, followed by slow fermentation at 16°C. The wine is then aged on fine lees for two months before undergoing gentle filtration.
Best served chilled at 8° - 10°C.
