Tropical fruits and citrus notes with medium to high intensity.
Refreshing acidity with a smooth, rounded texture and a long, crisp finish dominated by citrus flavors.
Cold maceration for 4 hours at 0-4°C, followed by fermentation with selected yeast strains at 15-17°C. The wine is then gently filtered.
Best served chilled at 8° - 10°C.
