White Dry Wine
Bright and intense lemon-yellow.
Aromas of apple, pear, vanilla, and spices, with a smoky wood aroma resulting from aging in oak barrels.
Full-bodied and mature, with a slightly creamy texture, perfectly balanced with its vibrant acidity.
Initially, the wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks for approximately 5 months. It then ages for nearly 6 months in French oak barrels, developing a distinct smoky character.
Best served chilled at 10° - 13°C.
