Rosé Dry Wine
Vibrant and delicate rose-pink with violet highlights.
Intense and fresh aromas dominated by rose, pomegranate juice, wild strawberry, and subtle hints of spicy spices.
Refreshing, with a rich red fruit flavor, featuring wild strawberry, pomegranate, and raspberry. It has a harmonious spicy character, a subtle tannin presence, balanced acidity, and a long-lasting aromatic finish.
A classic red winemaking method, but with a short maceration period—the grape skins remain with the juice for about 4 hours. Once the juice attains the desired color, it is separated from the skins, which are then lightly pressed.
Best served chilled at 10° - 12°C.
